q589 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the q589 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at q589.net and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the q589 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or match bonuses credited to an Account by q589, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process q589 conducts to confirm Player identity, age, and source of funds as required under the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the account currency used on the q589 Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the q589 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the q589 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application interface made available by q589. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain a q589 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. q589 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate or automated account registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether voluntary (initiated by you through q589's responsible gaming tools) or mandatory (imposed by q589 or a relevant authority).
4. You must not have had a prior q589 Account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, Prohibited Conduct, or breach of these Terms.
5. You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method used to fund your Account — depositing on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered to a third party is prohibited.
6. You must register only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

q589 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Where a Player cannot satisfy eligibility requirements upon request, q589 may suspend or permanently close the Account and handle any outstanding balance in accordance with the KYC and responsible gaming protocols.

4. Account Registration & Security

To use the q589 Platform you must complete the account registration process honestly and accurately. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

q589 operates a one-account-per-person policy enforced by device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing. Any attempt to circumvent this policy — including registering under a family member's identity or using a VPN to create duplicate accounts — constitutes fraud.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. q589 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) where available. q589 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All q589 Account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q589 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Cash OTC — subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds by q589's payment processor. q589 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for supported Pakistani wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, Nayapay) and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance.

q589 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. KYC may be triggered on first withdrawal, upon a withdrawal request exceeding a specified PKR threshold, or at any time q589 determines verification is required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered q589 Account holder.
• q589 does not accept or return funds to third-party payment accounts.
• q589 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Account balance if KYC documentation is not provided within 7 days of request.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

q589 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all q589 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and tracked independently in your Account.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified per promotion — not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• q589 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonus funds already credited will not be removed mid-wagering-cycle except in cases of detected bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns constitutes bonus abuse and may result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the q589 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. Sportsbook betting rules — including settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, and voided events — are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

Cricket betting on q589 covers PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series, and other international and domestic competitions. Specific settlement rules apply to rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis results, super-overs, and match abandonment. Players are encouraged to review cricket betting rules before placing wagers on weather-sensitive or tournament-format matches.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. q589 does not honour clearly erroneous odds resulting from human or system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and Player account — these may be adjusted by q589 without prior notice.
• q589 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event or market has been compromised.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to internet connectivity and real-time odds availability. q589 is not liable for failed in-play bet submissions resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once displayed. No claims will be considered for RNG outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q589 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances (including real-money deposits where fraud is established), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, payment method ownership, or any other material misrepresentation at registration or any subsequent point.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one q589 Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate outcomes.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform features.
• Match Fixing and Insider Knowledge: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, promotional terms, or odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Money Laundering: Using the q589 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources, or to structure transactions to circumvent anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21.

9. Responsible Gaming

q589 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all registered Players. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — and q589 provides tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all q589 Players from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. q589 will display a reminder notification when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently block access to your q589 Account for a minimum period of 6 months. q589 will not lift self-exclusion before the minimum period expires, regardless of the Player's request.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic notifications displaying time spent and net session result, available for session intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the q589 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of q589 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in q589's intellectual property are conveyed by these Terms or by your use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the q589 Platform without the express prior written consent of q589. Unauthorised use of q589's trademarks, branding, or game content is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q589's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q589 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winnings, or gaming opportunity.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions beyond q589's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or failure to log out of a shared device.
• Any loss arising from a Player's breach of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct.
• Losses attributed to in-play bet submission failures caused by connectivity issues on the Player's end.

Nothing in these Terms limits q589's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

q589 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by q589's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

By registering a q589 Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

q589 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the Platform's notification system or the registered email address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect — except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal processing.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under q589's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the q589 Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through q589's customer support channel in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents q589 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where immediate interim relief is necessary to protect q589's rights or property.
